We believe that church planting is a normal and natural part of what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. Christians will not fulfill Jesus' command to "make disciples of all nations" as stated in (Matthew 28:18-20) without creating a living, growing, dynamic organism that is comprised of believers. In the original language of the Bible, the church is not a building but people, a "called-out assembly." A simple, living organism that is capable of growth and reproduction. BMI has approached church planting by using five fundamental principles in the church planting cycle: 1) prayer to build an effective team; 2) evangelism; 3) discipleship; 4) training and releasing of leaders; 5) watch care when the church planter periodically mentors the new leadership. This program is designed to assist the church with its basic financial obligations and responsibilities and partner with its ministry objectives.

Education should not be the domain of only the wealthy. This program assists youth and children from low-income backgrounds to afford a higher education. This is a life-changing opportunity; when a family grows up barely making ends meet, education could be their way to greater spiritual and social mobility as well as a well-paying job. When parents can't afford to pay for school out of their pocket, they need scholarships. This program is not only for people who are destitute or belonged to disenfranchised communities, this program has also been created to assist an ignored group of lower-income families who weren't quite in the poverty line. BMI intends to be a blessing to these families and assists both children and youth in their pursuit of an education.

Leadership training is at the core of the Biblical method for expanding the Kingdom. Both the Old and New Testaments focus on training leaders who will change the world. In the Old Testament, Jethro challenged Moses to create a leadership structure and leadership development system. In the New Testament, we see that Jesus spent three years training His disciples closely, then he sent them out to change the world! In God's welfare system, First, all people must have an opportunity to get their needs met. Secondly, the people who have needs must be willing to work for them. Thirdly, when these first two principles are working, a person's dignity is affirmed, and they feel empowered. The funding from this project will be used to purchase Internet air time. This will allow the pastors access to online training that has been provided for them. It is also our hope that this might be an incentive that encourages them to take the training.

Most churches have a genuine care for their pastor, and they want to provide needed financial support for them. Still, the building and other expenses take a sizable amount of the budget-making compensation difficult. Even though the church's most important asset is pastoral leadership, a compensation package for the pastor is viewed as an expense; but Instead, it should be seen as an investment in the church ministry. Due to the economic challenges in most regions, it has become difficult for the congregation to afford fair compensation for it’s pastor. This program is in place to offer financial support to the pastor to assist him and allow him to focus on the ministry.

As our churches and ministries grow, they will need the right technical tools to manage their teams, finances, and service elements. We are amazed at how the right tools can launch your communication and productivity to higher heights. Technology can be used to create a more engaging and meaningful worship experience for adults and children. It can serve as a bridge to your community as you provide a space for Zoom meetings and connections. Church leaders need to be intentional in how technology is applied; Every church struggles with paying for and keeping its technology current. Some leaders see it as frivolous, while others see it as being too expensive. Yet, our technology (or lack thereof) often shapes the church's perception by visitors and members. These upgrades have become mandatory for our ability to communicate with our missionaries and pastors. These upgrades are also vital to our online training efforts. BMI is currently looking at an upgraded strategy for Mobile phones and possibly tablets for the pastors serving abroad.

While the Bible remains the most popular, most read book globally, more than 2 billion people have never had a chance to read God's Word. That's why BMI works to provide Scriptures in regions where there is little or no access to the Bible. The Bibles for Uganda Initiative is a catalyst for individual and cultural transformation through Christ and the power of God's Word. The Bible shows us God's character and provides us God's revelation of himself to his people, reading God's word reorients our thinking to grow in maturity, which is part of the Christian calling (Ephesians 4:14–16; Romans 12:1–2). It is BMI's desire to put a Bible in the hands of everyone who has limited access to it but is willing to receive it.

Every pastor knows that a level of commitment is needed if you're going to entrust someone with ministry responsibility in the local church. We provide Spiritual Covering for Pastors, Churches, and other outreach ministries that function together through Evangelism, Leadership Conferences, Church Planting, and Short-term Mission efforts. Having apostolic covering gives the pastor someone to be accountable, vent and relate to. This covering can be used to confirm and ordain elders and other 5-fold gifts in the church. Visits by apostolic covering can bring encouragement and blessing to a local church. It is our desire to have a hands-on approach to church oversight and covering. The funding given to this program will assist the ministry with travel expenses while making visits to ministries and churches under our oversight.
